Primo / EQ – PCT???

I’m an ex-college football player turned endurance athlete and I’m trying to recover from hernia surgery. Naturally I have the typical endomorph build, but through constant training I’ve been able to maintain a lean physique. That was until I was side lined with a bilateral inguinal hernia and now 12 weeks after surgery I feel like I’m starting over again. I’m a relative newbie to AAS, but I’ve always kept up with the trends in by reading several blogs like EF. As previously stated, I’m an endurance athlete (primarily triathlons) and I understand that this site is heavily weighted with bodybuilders. While I do appreciate the level of commitment and sacrifice it takes to compete in the world of bodybuilding, that not my desired goal. I am looking to cut weight and gain a “reasonable” amount of lean muscle. In my younger days, I saw substantial gains from stacking Deca & Winy. At that time I was oblivious to the term PCT and I dealt with a rapid loss of gains and slight depression. Now older and hopefully wiser, I want to reach my goal and keep my gains, so I turn to you for help. Below you will find my program; any insight would be greatly appreciated.



Week 1 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan


Week 2 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan + 40 mcg Clenbuterol every day

Week 3 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan + 6 0mcg Clenbuterol every day

Week 4 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan


Week 5 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan


Week 6 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan + 40 mcg Clenbuterol every day

Week 7 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan + 60 mcg Clenbuterol every day

Week 8 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan

Week 9 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan

Week 10 - 400 mg Equipoise & 200 mg Primobolan + 40 mcg Clenbuterol everyday

Week 11 - ONLY 60 mcg Clenbuterol everyday

Week 12 - Totally OFF
(This is where everything gets confusing. I'm told I need to wait AT LEAST 14 day after my last shot of EQ because of the long half-life before starting my PCT. But I've also read because of both Primo and Eq haveing low androgenic effects that no PCT is needed)

Week 13 - 500iu of HGC everyday + 20 mg Nolva everyday + 20 mg Aromasin everyday

Week 14 - 500iu of HGC everyday + 20 mg Nolva everyday + 20 mg Aromasin everyday

Week 15 - 20 mg Nolva everyday + 20 mg Aromasin everyday

Week 16 - 20 mg Nolva everyday + 20 mg Aromasin everyday

if you are recovering from surgery wait about 5-6 months to get back into the swing of things before you try anything.

i dont like cycles w/ out test in them so id do test/primo or test/eq

you will need a good pct no matter what if you are on for 14 weeks.. basically your body will be producting 0 test for about 10 of those weeks.

hcg should be run throughout the cycle or atleast near the end of it and then look into post cycle / unleashed that is a great combo for pct
 
Thank you for the quick responce, I'm 32, 6'4" and 218 lbs. with 18% BMI. My goal is to be 220 with 8% BMI. Ive been recovering now for 12 weeks and plan to start training again by mid October. I know that everyone agrees that no cycle is complete without test, but in my experience that idea always steams from a source that focuses on mass. I'm a weekend triathlete and in my competitions the massive guys typically gets smoked by the leaner lighter guys. I want and need to gain solid lean mussel, but don't want obvious mass. Is there a happy medium for a guy like me?

id still add like 150-200mg of test in.

so then id recommend something like
test 250
primo 400

not a ton of mass but it would put on quality muscle.

have you ever done a cycle w/out test.. for me it sucks.. i hate it

also how old are you?
