i did 200 dball, 10 a day for 2weeks and sus250 4 a week for 5 weeks...i started at 211lbs and got up to 242 ive been done for 2weeks and im holding steady at 235lbs...im gonna start 4 sus for 5wks and throw in primo for shits and giggles...3 a week for 5 weeks....what results can i expect to see with the primo..ive never tried it?....im looking to gain quality lean results with little water retention....any suggestions?
