hey all, is it true that preperation h works like cutting gel....(ie..removing water from mid section and tighting the skin) I understand that the topicals like cuting gel and lipoburn do not spot reduce. How much prep h do you apply and how often.......thanks for the info.

my tainer who is a pro bb'er said prep h only works for a short time.If you are ok with that, go for it.
