Based on everything I have read for PCT (or for mid-cycle) Pregnyl @ 1000-1500iu is the norm (I know it flucutates depending on how a person is going to run it - I read the sticky above)
If I have a 5000iu amp, I assume I need to get roughly 3 needles ready for mixing. i.e. I take 1500iu of Pregnyl, then take 8500iu of bac water for the proper mixture. (10,000iu = 1ml)
Questions:
1) Since it is an amp (and not a vial) I assume you need to get it all out at once (it would be unsterile to leave the amp open). So I would need to prepare all of the dosages at once. Then, I recap the needles and put them in the fridge until I use them. Correct?
2) can the mixture be lower: i.e. 1500iu of Pregnyl and 3500iu of bac?
3) if I do not want to keep pre-mixed needles in the fridge can I have 10,000iu of bac, then extract 3000iu of the water then inject the Pregnyl into the sterile vial of bac and then extract it as needed? (Of course store it in the fridge and make sure it is used within 60 days).
4) If I decide to stock up on Pregnyl must the unopened amps be stored in the fridge? I have read that HCG is pretty fragile.
I have seen that Pregnyl does come in 1500iu amps but I do not have access to them - all I can get is 5000iu.
