Yes. You can date them on a time line BM, Before Metabolol or PE, Post Ephedrine.

This may be unusual, but a bit of good marijuana right before a workout really helps me focus and feel my muscles more thoroughly. That's the best way I can describe it. I have read that Arnold had the same effect (he admited it in an interview somewhere way back when). If I use too much, however, I get anxious and even panicky.

I am by no means a pot head and am not advocating this for everyone. It affects everyone differently.
 
Well I tried Spike and I guess its a decent energy supplment considering the ephedrine ban. It's by no means anything like amphetamine though. I guess its as close to amphetamine as HMB is to Deca or Androsol is to 500mg of Sustanon :) C'mon guys, stop making rediculous claims that your products cannot back up.

Spike may be a little better than ephedrine, and I did notice mental clarity, but no more than l-tyrosine. Its a good supplement that people are going to say isn't due to the rediculous hype by Biotest that it obviously couldnt live up to.

But it is a good energy supplement.
 
Ginko Biloba extract does it for me.....get's your circulation flowing without the jitters of caffeine and ephedrine
