Pre workout meal

If I'm on ckd, I just eat a few eggs and some bacon. Omelets are a keto dieters best friend.
 
I eat some ephedrine, caffiene, and 32oz water after I wake up and am heading to the Gym.
 
i never workout in the morning... only cardio or tennis practice

but pre workout.. about an 1.5-2 hours before... i eat a small portion of carbs and protein and fats( percenteged portioned).... nothing big at all.......
