Try this..........
If u don't have access to diazide, then try this. Forget Lasix as it will make your muscles flat also........
On Tues and Wed, try to drink 2 gallons of water daily while limiting carbs to just about 50 a day. (Postworkout only if u can). U can take in all the sodium/salt u wish on these days, don't worry. Take 2 AquaBan tablets with your morning meal, mid-day meal, and evening meal. ( U should eat like 6 times day, so I say meal 1,3,5). Then on Thurs, cut the water back to 1/2 a gallon, STOP all sodium intake and begin to carb up. Reduce your fat to nothing, and just eat lean sodium free protein (fresh chick breasts) and clean carbs....(yams, oats, brown rice, or my fav, Cream of Wheat)....no sodium in these! Also, take 3 aqua ban tabs with EVERY meal this day.
Friday, same as Thurs except water is now limited to about 24oz. Saturday u should be full, tight, and shredded!
