Kinda curious how everybody else prepares the Pre-Post Cardio Meals.
I prepare mine just as if I would Pre-Post weight workout.
Pre- 1scoop whey Protein, 8 oz skim milk, 20g malto dextrin, and a apple for a breakdown of 40g Protein, 62g carb, 2g fat
Post- 2scoops Muscle milk w/ 8oz. skim milk & 1tbsp chocolate syrup for a breakdown of 40g Protein, 36g carb, and 18 g fat. (Muscle milk has 18g of good fats, MCT's, Omega 3's, etc...)
My BMR is estimated at 2300cal/day, I consume 195g protein, 254g carbs, 54g Fats. I'm 175lbs. and around 18% bf? I can barely seem my abs.
So of coarse I'm cutting or dieting and also I'm taking a different approach rather than taking away calories from my food, I create the defficet via cardio.
Today I started HIIT, warmed up on the treadmill for 2min at 5.5mph, and then continued for a 30second sprint @11mph, and 30/jog @5.5mph for 10 min.
Anywhoo, anybody got opinons or ideas?
