Pre or Post Run Protein Shake ?

My question is this if I am going to weight lift for about 45- 60 minutes and prior I do a 10 - 15 minute cardio warm up, usually I'll do cycling for about 3.60 mile in 10 mintues or run 1.5. My question is should I take a protein shake with creatne and l-glutamine prior to running or right after running prior to weight lifting.
 
Hi there. My advice would be to take the creatine and/or glutamine and protein shake right AFTER the workout...take it all after you have finished ALL of your exercising if you are doing the running and weight lifting back to back. After all your hard work is when your muscles crave the intake of carbs, protein and supplements like creatine and glutamine to replenish what the body has lost during the workouts. It also helps in the recovery department. What you take in right AFTER your workouts is the most important meal of the day...along with breakfast!

both if you can afford it. post if you cant. Most important to just EAT though man, dont fill yourself up on shakes when real food will work even better. Hit it hard and CHOW!

Basically if your goal is mass and strength, just eat..The more whole "clean or semi clean" foods and shakes the better..
