Pre-Mid Workout Protien, How much?

How much protien should you take preworkout? and if your considering having some midworkout (IE: after the first bodypart on a workout that focus's on two or more) how much should you consume? and what type? has anybody tried this and noticed any beneftits?
 
Whey protein isolate, and 15 g before working out..and mix up 10 more grams with a good ammount of water and sip on that while you lift. You could buy a pre made drink like ABB pure pro and just drink a little less than half before lifting, and then fill it up the rest of the way to the top with water and sip on that during your workout. These numbers are just kinda estimates, they are what the average person could take in without discomfort, but yet are still enough to make a difference.
 
none, it kills post workout spike; you workout better on a empty stomach. more blood to the muscles, less to digestion; ofcourse with whey its not really an issue, it just reduces insulin sensivity, your taking away from the anabolic window you get 30-1 hr. post cycle. JMO.
 
40g protein/ 25-40g carb/14-20g fat 1-hour before workout.

I sip (barely) on water thru workout.

Seperate protein and carbs post workout......first drink your carb drink (dextrose, sugar free kool aid and/or creatine and/or glutamine) then wait 30-45 min and drink whey protein shake (no carbs or fat in this shake).

This will help with keeping muscle thru workout and replenishing glycogen after workout.
