Pre contest cycle, first time bbr

What a huge cycle...that would be for a pro of anybody IMO. Way too much for an amateur doing his first competition, and without any knowledge about any of these compounds it is disaster waiting to happen. Like Steve said post a picture, let us see where you are currently at conditioning wise, and we can make a more intelligent recommendation for you bro...you really need to slow down and do a lot more research...like RippedReverend stated, no AI, your on cycle and PCT is a mess, and you really have no idea what you are doing...just being realistic here bro, this isn't a forum that doesn't care about its members.

A pic would go a long way I agree. I don't think you are too light to compete depending on your frame and other factors. I have a buddy that is 6'2" and his last competition weight was 182 in which he won his class. He is incredibly jacked. That doesn't mean you are ready, but a pic would help I agree. If you are indeed at 14% you might have a rough time getting to stage condition (4-6%) in the time you want to without wasting muscle. Maybe giving yourself more time and taking a later contest would be wiser. Get us a pic to help you decide if competing is something you should pursue right now
 
dude nobody will laugh as i will probably be the only competitor in my class, i live in a very tiny little pacific island and the competition is my friends gym organizing, this is very basic, there is no impatient audience as they ve rarely seen bodybuilders here. they all weight like 60 kgs the most. but yes we are late and i have to start all over now... the cycle is european anyways u guys are into something else too...

Why even bother doing anything if you will be the only one in the weight class?

your cycle is a disaster, one of the most terrible ideas I have seen over here. You should throw all your steroids into the sea right away and go educate yourself .. And tell your trainer to do so aswell

Glad I'm not the only one that's thinking this. I'm wondering if his trainer is trying to kill him, honestly.

I am 32 yo
so I will increase the weeks then for primo and decca.
then, would you use propionate instead of decca, for how many weeks? I have access to Decca and Sustanon, all the rest need to buy abroad.

you could also just say the whole cycle should be re designed as it is my first time I do it by myself.

from reading your cycle ,personally i don't think you had a clue to run a cycle.
 
I see these huge stacks sometimes and I'm amazed. I really think someone like me could make them last for years. Isn't the iron suppose to be the focus and the AAS the support? I always think, "I bet Arnold did some simple AAS program compared to today's standards but he also did squats until he passed out."

I believe I remember reading that Arnold did something like 20mg or 30mg of Dbol per day for 4 weeks leading up to a competition. I also remember something about him eating 6-7 pounds of red meat per day, just to get 1-1.5g of creatine!
That little, and STILL one of, if not THE best body to ever hit the stage!
