Prayers & Support Needed

RexLeRoi

New member
Iron Brotherhood,
Yesterday I lost my Father to a heart attack. This only a week and a half after "successful" bypass surgery. I've never posted before, just did a lot of searches and reading of threads. I've been a member for a couple of years now. I know the register date doesn't give. I had to re-register so I changed handles too. I've received some good help from you'all, and now I would like to ask for your prayers for my Father and for those he left behind. The Athletic-Strength & Conditioning family has truly lost a great friend. R.I.P. K.W.O.

I'm praying for you brother

I know some what how you feel, lost my dad to a heart attack a year or two ago. Unfortunately we were on bad terms, and didn't realise how stupid that I was to hold a grudge over little things. I know he's in heaven, and the pain and self introspection it caused motivated me to get right with God and be baptised. We have to make the best of what comes to use we all love you and hope to see do the best with this you can with God's most righteous help.

2 Tim 4:5-9 (Paul writing to Timothy shortly before his own death)
But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing. Make every effort to come to me soon;
