Been awhile since I have posted and just to mention I have been working my ass off on deads, I did a PR today,
warm up = 20 reps 70lbs
250 x1 +12 shrugs
270 x1 + 10
270 x1
270 x1
282 x1
282 x1 +12
282 x1 +8
282 x1 +3
Never went higher then 250 before, this was just a strength test session, normally I do 248 3-4 x 10-12.
Also maby I will mention that I did a PR on my bench two days ago, 270 lbs x1 .. I think all the deads and chins are helping allot.
