PR on flat bench

Hey everyone,
This is the first time I've posted a PR on the open forum, usually there hidden withing WalkingBeast's page, but i thought this one was worthy of posting.

Here is today's chest routine:

flat bench:
135x20
225x10
275x10
315x10
365x10
405x8 (this is my PR, hopefully i can knock off 10 before christmas)

incline dbs: ~35-40 degree incline
100x10
110x10
120x10

pushups:
1 set of 50.
 
FUCKING awesome brother!! 8 reps with 405 even after all those sets! 10 wont be a fucking problem brother! GO KILL THAT SHIT!!
 
I wonder what your 1RM would look like after you taper off for a few days and then try to hit it without doing.. oh, 60 presses already.

Supposedly my max is around 500. That was one of the calculator on the WNT2BEAST and Bigdho's thread last week. However, im not sure if i want to try that much. In the past i did 425 for 1, but ive never tried to go any higher.

60 presses is any easy chest workout, ive been close to 300 before, but that included incline and decline too.
 
SWEET! Nice lifting man. My goal is to rep 405 raw and bench 500 raw or more so it's sorta an inspiration to see someone doing that. Keeping pounding away.

I love it, my strength keeps going up and i havent had a supplement in over a year now. Plus, im still adding size. Yesterday i weighed in at 256lbs and my pants are getting a little loose.

When you start to get real heavy with you lifts you start forgetting to count all those prior to the heavy ones. I never count any reps before i get to 315, it just takes all those reps to get my chest warmed up and sometimes im not even warmed up when i hit 315.
