I did tonight 200 Lbs on flat bench press!.
5 sets:
1 set at 190lbs= 8 rep
2,3,4 at 200lbs sets= 7 rep
5 set ar 200lbs= 5 reps
I got helped for the last 2 rep of each set but it's the first time I go reach the 200lbs
After that my arm were shaking and my pec were dead and my shoulder still hurt but I did it!!!
