Powerlifting Cycles?

Seeing as how AAS use is just about as rampant in the top ranks of PLing as it is in bbing, what would you say are the drugs of choice for powerlifters? I would assume long acting test esters, and maybe things like methyltest before a contest? LMK...

halo, tren, drol, dbol, gram of test e, or sust/omna 250

halo and tren for sure if you can't move up a weight class



winny is decent for strength but hurts my joints and i have more tendon problems on it too it seems

If youre running a program like WSB, where most of your lifts are based off 1rm %, then how do you incorporate cycling into this? Because say i can squat 500 off cycle, but i get 600 on cycle (just an example). I hit 600 on cycle, but my cycle ends, what do i use as my 1rm during pct and "clean" time? Instead of all maxes steadily going up, it seems lik it would be more of a "roller coaster" of top lifts. LMK what you think...

there is no easy answer to this, cuz many factors are different for many lifters. for example how often do you compete? if it's 3 or 4 times a year, you might cycle on and off, but if it's 5 or even 6 you will more than likely stay on year round.

imo the doses and different supplements should ramp up starting three months before the meet, and finish strong with the cycle the 3-4 weeks before the comp. a type of pyramid if you will

i'm 100% the boys at ws stay on year round, with low doses of test, and stack up the orals and tren towards contest time. you always want to base your 1rm off your equipped best, unless you lift raw of course

if you only cycle during contest prep for whatever reason, you will need to make sure your other natural vitamin supplementation, diet, and rest are in check along with your lifting routine. rest will be more important

i'm not an expert on this, as i am using my own body as my source of knowledge and information. hopefully others will have input as well

12wks.out do Test.and deca .first 4 wks. D-bol to jump-start your cycle. Last wk. before contest do Halotestin. Tests and deca takes about 2-3 wks.to kick-in after first injection, so jumpstart with D-bol about 40mgs.per day. Use your calandar to determine your cycle. Take Milk Thistle to detoxic your liver of the orals.
 
Devastation is correct Halo, Fina, Winny, and those things you can sniff right before big lifts...there not a drug just gets you awake and aware real fast.

J.J.: It’s hard to say because I’m not sure if everyone is telling the truth, but I would say most people take at least 1 gram of test before a meet. This is the least amount! It’s very individual though. I think everyone pushes the boundaries at least once to see how much they can handle. As for combo and stacks, I would say that test, d-bol and anadrol are the most popular. People still take Deca and EQ. Tren is also pretty big. I think people make it more complicated than it really is. Just shoot some shit and eat a ton of food.
