ok... im getting ready to start a cycle in a month or so...
my goal is to pull (deadlift) at least 513.5 by october... and i may be drug tested... currently i can rep 405 for sets of 5...
stats:
150lb.

5'5"
maybe 10%bf ish
i need to be able to make weight at 148lb ...
i have ran test and winny in the past (over a year since i cycled) and i dont want to use winny because of the joint pain.. it gets me bad...
im thinking of somthing like
1-12 prop or susp
9-12 halo
pct
any other ideas???
