I have used them as a prebed snack too, and they work equally well for that 
Like i said, i have been using these for over a year now..love them. I switched from xtend and havent look back..i cant get over the convieance factor and i am sure the candy taste has something to do with it..sj
Great taste and a solid product. Can't beat that combo IMO.
