Im on "crum" :t0dawg" diet and having great results.
My carbs after workout only was dextrose and creatine mix with protein....
Now Im out of that mix and decided to pick up something cheaper... Powerade. The carb breakdown is glucose/fructose... I know dextrose is perferred but I cannot find any pure dextrose anywhere. Unless I pay 90.00 and get it with 200mg of creatine.
Non-the-less this drink is like gatorade.. had lots of electolites and potasium and sodium phosphates and stuff like that so Im assuming its better then juice...
Since its my only carbs for the day, It should be soaked right into my muscles right? It wont make me fat will it?
I only bought a small can to try it out... $3.99. lol
