power lifting event type question

Judo Tom

Iknow it is common for powerlifters to either switch up or add different chems a week or two out before an event.

Im looking for feedback on what people have done andhow well it worked..

im thinking of using methyl dht before an event but im lookking to see how much more strength can be put on in a short time with relatively high dosages

ive heard of tren, halo, mdht, winny all being used at high dosages

i will be on test/eq at the time if that helps with the suggestions

Karma for help

A buddy of mine promotes all the powerlifting events around here. Everyone seems to have their own plan. I believe he is on elite.. don't remember his name on it though. I will PM you how to contact him!

Sorry nobody is posting answers for you. Based on training experience with pr lifts I can say that dbol works for sure at about 25mg a day. I strongly suspect tbol might be even better at about 40 a day. If you aren't doing it now it will give you a quick kick run a week or two out. IMHO only.

lots of bros use tren and dbol for quick gains but you have to know what works for you no sense in switching horses mid stream. Maybe add tren or dbol to what you are already doing or substitute it but keep a base of some type of test. IMHO

yeah im looking for feedback on the effects of the short runs ...like is it a 5% thing.. 10% 30%??? just curious of course..

thanks for the feedback!

why do you say that??

Because its the Roids doing the lifting as much as the athlete. Yes, the training has to be put in, the appropriate techniques used, but the field isn't level. Why can't they all decide to stay off the juice and then we'd know who's the best for real because Powerlifters are all strong bastards anyhow. Powerlifting has no interest in wiping Roids out of its sport as then the heavy lifting would go, the best athletes would be banned, and there would never ever be a new records set

I actually competed as a PowerLifter myself until I decided I had enough of A-drol ruining my life.

As for no drugs in BB, well there are a number of guys in our gym who compete in the BNBF (british Natural Bodybuilding Federation) comps. They are lean motherfuckers and an inspiration to everyone else. Go to a Natural Bodybuilding show and I promise, you'll never juice again when you see what can be done without it.

well, nobody forced you to to jucie and pl...a shit load of natty federations exist. I have pl'ed for the last few years and never done a cycle, and my numbers continue to grow. there is some strong natty pl'ers, strength gains come over time...appartently peeps don't have time and want results for next weeks meet

Yes, I'm aware there are many Natural federations. Because the D-rol is long gone, I will compete again as a natural lifter. You are right about people demanding results for next week. Its hard to have any respect for people like that and the day one World Class lifter told me "You can't lift without Drugs", I took stock at where I was going (no-where) and temporarily retired

There are plenty of natural PLing events. There are also Feds that don't test at all. With BBing, drugs are night and day. In PL, this is a pure strength sport - I'd venture 10-15% maybe for effect on your lifts (assuming you don't juice as a begginner, never come off and attribute it all to drugs). If you enjoyed what you were going, find yourself a fed more geared to natural athletes. Only a fraction in any sport will be champions but everyone can have a fun and rewarding experience.

Also, this issue is rampant in sports. It doesn't make PLing a "joke" sport. Think about football, baseball, track & field, and just about anything else. These are performance enhancing drugs. People in every sport where strength or speed are used in the least (not Chess) will use them for an edge and so far the scout's honor policy hasn't worked so well.

ive been jacked

LOL....nothing like being under 500 plus pounds. Of course that's just me. But I can hold my own...like it's been said bro...to play on the big field we have to have the same tools to get there...That's why there are tested Federations, non-tested, 100% natural. I beg to differ bro it's not a joke, just a matter of how far one is willing to take it.

No wonder Powerlifting is a joke of a "sport"

I guess football, baseball, body bulding, wrestling, boxing, track...etc are all joke sports too then right?

Way to think before you talk. Its not the roids lifting the weight either! :p Its the person who gets up at 4:30 every morning to pound weight at the gym. The sport a joke?...you maybe?

Let's get you back on track, Tom.

My best competition I started Test Suspension 30 days from meet date. Experimented with dosage (and don't remember exactly) using a pyramid approach....long acceleration and quick decline. Couldn't believe the gains....day of the competition benched 20lbs. more than the week before.

Good luck!

Thanks Help4John I appreciate the feed back!
