does anyone know what carbs do companies put in weight gaining powders or MRP, some companies claim to use complex carbs, just wanted to know if i can just buy the complex carbs in powder form, to make mi own MRP
y usualy use oats + protein powder + blender = MRP but getting tired of the taste
