Potency?!

Will baking gear have an effect on its potency? example--Sus @ 300F @ 30MIN X2. Is there any limitations on time vs. heat. Thanks

I'm assuming you're trying to sterilize the gear after recieving it. (Not really a bad idea when you think about it)

It shouldn't lose any of it's "potency".

Better safe than sorry I guess. Kinda leery with the cheap stuff. Also, seen some posts about it.

im about to do the same with some gear i had to put in unsterile conditions when i brought it over the border. the best way to go is to filter the gear, then bake it at 250 degrees 20 min X 3.

by doing this you will eliminate some of the benzly alc inside the amp /vial
