if you're going to post about how much you love training, and that you've seen excellent gains in the entire month that you've worked out, and you're going to start a cycle soon, please post in the anabolic forum rather then here.
 
my thoughts exactly, and ive plenty of posts like that since i started posting here, its starting to get to me.

you mean you're not suppossed to start taking 3g test after your first workout?

I agree that this forum is not the pace to discuss anabolics.

But being "on" increases your recovery rate, and I don't think it's so out of place to discuss possible changes to someones training routine here.

We already discuss taking time off, how much work one should do, adding of lifts on a given day, overtraining, etc.....

No difference whether you are on or off when discussing that. Just a difference in recovery time.
 
i can understand it from that point of view Joker, but it really erks me when a newbie come on posting about how hes been lifting for 3 weeks, and is gonna start a cycle soon. no one on this board wants to hear that, that needs to be somewhere else.

Lee- I agree and anyway when you're on you don't really even have to lift you just get huge.;)
