I agree that this forum is not the pace to discuss anabolics.
But being "on" increases your recovery rate, and I don't think it's so out of place to discuss possible changes to someones training routine here.
We already discuss taking time off, how much work one should do, adding of lifts on a given day, overtraining, etc.....
No difference whether you are on or off when discussing that. Just a difference in recovery time.
