Postal Inspector call?

Quick question:

I ordered some pins from getpinz overnight. Have ordered plenty of times without any problems. This time instead of getting the package, a Postal Inspector came and left his card for me to give him a call. Only some insulin pins were in the package and some bacteriostatic water. Should I call him? ANyone else had this happen to them. This is in Calif where it is illegal to order pins without a prescrip.

Thanks for any and all feedback on this situation.

I'm gonna say if it's illegal you should say nothing and deny, deny, deny. You know nothing. And no i would not call him.

Hmm i was going to try them now i am not sure it there safe now...or is the card to pickup because he didnt want to leave it at your door? or wanted you to sign for it?

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have decided to consider the pack a loss and not call him. To answer the question above - this was not the regular postman. This was a postal inspector who arrived in a separate car and left his personal business card with his cell phone# and asked that I give him a call. I was not present when this happened so all this information was relayed to me from the person who was there at the time. But the postal inspector told them to have me call him becasue he had some questions before he delivered the pack. I just though I'd post on here to see if anyone had ever had this happen just for some pins and bac water. I found it quite strange, but with the corrupt ass gov/politicians waging their own personal war on anabolic substance I guess everyone is tring to be a PI and become a hero.

Thanks again

hmmm they xrayed it maybe? Thought i read that you can buy pins over the internet and say there for like live stock or dog am i correct? Wont this work if there is questions? I know i can go to feed store and buy shot stuff for dogs will this be a safe excuse if i need to use it? I do have a breeders licience for my dogs i breed?? Thanks

I had a similar incident happen to me in AZ where ordering pins is legal. Apparently because I always enter/leave my crib through the garage I never noticed a note on my front door from the mailman notifying me that I have a package to pick up from the post office. In the past such notes were left in my mailbox, but for whatever reason it was left on my front door this time. This resulted in a uniformed cop showing up at my house one night. He said that the post office recommended that he do a wellness check at my address because I never picked up my package. I can only assume the post office viewed the contents(insulin pins) and thought I may have died from lack of insulin or something? Anyway, even though the cop made no mention of my package's contents, he still acted very suspicious of me-most likely because if he ran my Driver's License it made no mention of me being a diabetic-and the fact that I'm a 6ft 1 inch, 285 # walking advertisement for AS didn't help either. Anyway, I just acted courteous towards him and thanked him for his concern for my well being. Just to be safe, I never picked up the package. I didn't want to take the chance of giving them probable cause to search my crib-which I think was the true underlying reason the cop came to my crib in the 1st place.

If I were you I'd deny any knowledge of any such package. For all you know an ex gf could be trying to get you in trouble or you were the victim of a bad practical joke.

Thanks for the info bigcracker. Each state has different laws when it comes to syringes etc. In cali it is illegal to purchase without a prescrip. That is why some sites have disclaimers as to checking with your state and county laws before ordering from them and other sites will not even ship to Cali and other states. I took there are only a handful - maybe 4-5 states where it is illegal. As for saying it is for livestock, that might be a good excuse but here in Cali, I'm not sure if I would then need to be able to show a prescrip from the Vet? I was hoping someone on here would have more info on using this as an excuse.
