I am deciding on making my own post w/o shake instead of the ready made ones - If I use "All the whey" protein powder, how much dextrose/maltodextrin do I add and do I need to add glutamine and creatine?
Use 100 grams total (slpit the dex and malto 50/50) if you're bulking, or 50 grams if you're cutting. Add glutamine (5-10 grams) if you're on a cut. Feel free to add the creatine.
