post workout, no carbs?

It is essential that you ingest carbs after a workout. If you don't you will become flatter than a pancake and you will cut into recovery time. People forget the importance of carbs.

Well said. For me, I take 75-100grams from Dextrose, cutting or bulking, I also fill up with glycogen. ;)
