Post workout meal?

Sorry if this has been asked before. As far as the post workout meal, assuming calories don't matter. Should fat free milk or water be used in a post workout shake?
 
Depends on goals - on a cutter water, on a bulker milk would be Ok.

I would say ideally PWO shake with water immediately PWO (maybe add in Waxy Maize/ bcaa/ glutamine), then solid foods 30 minutes later
