My goal is to get a little more bigger, but i wanna get more ripped also.
I read that a high insulin hit with high gi foods straight after a workout boosts your insulin levels so you get bigger quicker.
I guess i was going about it the wrong way.
Thanks for the advice so far guys
Any advice on what i should be eating?
is a small bowl of rice or pasta okay around 20 minutes after my protein shake.? (im currently on VP2 - considering moving to hydroxy Hardcore or Musclemilk - which one do you recommend or do you have any better ones in mind?)
you should drink a protein shake right after working out along with some dextrose...then about an hour later eat another 50 grams protein and some quality complex carbs etc.. etc..
