OH! it went good, except for one stupid move on my part...
first of all, i ended up wearing a sundress, although i was the only one in one.
there was another woman there from another country with the same name as me who was a total BULL dyke, so i was glad I counteracted it by looking totally feminine.
I wore a white short sleeve button down sweater over the sundress, because i'm way too busty to wear something like that at a work type of function.

ok, so the stupid move. i don't know what the hell i was thinking, but i was saying goodbye to my boss. she's a very cold european woman. no kids, rarely smiles, but she's nice to me.
I thanked her, she thanked me, i said something funny, she laughed (rare), and...
i kissed her goodbye.

It was just in the air near her cheek, and it was just a typical thing that people do all the time, but she was clearly uncomfortable. i don't know wtf I did that.
oh well. she got over it i guess.
