Beat this for a shitty start to the day:
3 bowls Lucky Charms cereal
3 cups coffee black

And I finished all the puzzles on the back of the cereal box in less than 3 minutes.
 
I should add that my dinner was steak nachos and 4 beers. When your down, your down.

good job with the cookie crisps, we be packing on the muscle!
 
Greek Salad, Shake and mixed nuts. 3 cups of coffee and a 50 oz bottle of water already.

yeah. and it wasn't the liquid crisco, it was the solid stuff that almost looks like icing. They don't sell that stuff anymore. I need to bulk up for football season.

They still sell pure lard here. It is in a big green tub. We have a large mexican population and they are the ones buying it.

i'd vomit
 
6 egg whites
2 yolks
4 strips Boarshead bacon (delish)
4 slices of american cheese (ran out of muenster and gouda)
a quart of water
 
Imagine someone posted that they ate diarrhea for breakfast. And imagine they were being serious. They're just all, "What? What's the big deal? I eat diarrhea for breakfast all the time. It's good." That would be outrageous.
 
steak and potato stew with mushrooms and cuisine de france bread that my dads work makes(basically tim hortons bageutte but they also ship stuff to the usa)
 
1/2 banana with my Trex

then 2 hours later...egg and american cheese on a big fat carb-laden plain bagel MMMMMM and a big fat chocolate chip bagel for dessert (yes i eat dessert with every meal )
 
had steak and potatos at Applebees for dinner last night, but this morning I've only had a
Twinlab AM Protein Mass
2 caps andro nitrate fuel
2 tabs 'on cycle'
2 tabs Nitrix
and a pot of coffee

this will be followed by,

fastfood value meal, protein shake, then more red meat, then my pm protein by Twinlab
