BB...it was my fault even! But none of the reasons above! lol It's actually illegal here now to drive and talk on a cell...we are all "that guy" walking and driving around with our bluetooth pieces in!
Car accident for me this morning! Never a dull moment and just one of those things I really didn't need. It was pretty minor but man I'm sore tonight...Missed you guys today!

Thanks everyone! It was pretty minor...my lower back was feeling a bit tight this morning but nothing major. I still hit the gym and trained shoulders today.
