How important are creatine and glutamine right after you train? My workout ends at around 5:30 am and I try to take in 40-60 g of protein, 5 grams of creatine and 5-10 grams of glutamine mixed with water and some kind of fruit juice or gatorade. The problem is that I'm usually spent from training hard and I don't really have an appetite for a sweet shake- should I try to force it down or can I wait a while? (I'm taking 4-600 mgs of EQ, 4-600 mgs. of cypionate per week and 20 mgs. of d-bol per day for a little kick)
