Post therapy for my cycle?...

This is my current 12 week cycle...
200mg masteron wk 1 to wk 12
250mg test enth wk 1 to wk 12
Wistrol tabs 30mg wk 8 to wk 12
*took hcg 1500 iu on week 7 and week 10
Arimidex tabs eod .5mgs wk 4 to wk 12

For my post cycle therapy i was thinking to have proviron and hcg.
Any dose suggestions are appriciated.
