post surgery cycle

Alright guys basically i have a torn labrum.

A week ago before i knew it was this bad i asked needto what to take to help repair and recover from it. Since he is a great guy he gave me recommendations on what to take and everything. Thanks again needto.

Anyway a day after that i went to the doctor and apparently i need surgery so that throws the cycle out the window. So my question to you guys is, what should i take to help recovery after surgery just some opinions and personal experiences would be great. I am thinking about gh or from one post i read sarms is pretty good not to sure about that though. So yea whatever information you guys have would be great. Personal Experiences even better

Thanks

HGH should speed the healing process, however it is more benefitical as you get older.

I just read a post on another forum where a guy has an ACL injury (a real bad one) and he injected IGF-1 near the site and his doc never saw someone head so fast. You might want to throw that in the mix.

I am going in for some elective surgery in December to fix a massive hernia scar. I am going to take 6ius of HGH ED four weeks following the surgery. I hear it does speed it up. I am also going to take IGF-1 although that benefits mostly tendon repair from what I have read.

I was just thinking when you say inject the IGF-1 near the spot like how close does it have to be bc the labrum is actually pretty hard to get to you know and is it suppose to be into the muscle. idk really know anything about it ill look it up after my doc appointment today

I have no idea. As close as possible, without causing injury, is the best idea I suppose.

I pulled my vastus medialis the other day and I am injecting MGF and IGF-1 around the site. I am not going to inject it directly into the site because that is where the damage is. IGF is systemic, meaning that it clinically doesn't have a localized effect but I have read posts where some people swear it does.

MGF on the other hand does have a localized effect so I injected that very close to the injury.

IGF is not localized, so I have been told.
I would run HGH and IGF...
I had acl surgery and found test, primo, EQ, deca, IGF, HGH and sarms to be the best for healing ligements, bone and muscle...

IGF dosen't have to be localized to be potent, just as long as you get it in your system thats the most important thing.

How much IGF-1 would i have to take to speed up the healing process. and if i took that alone would it work or do i have to add hgh in the mix

If reconstituted properly in AA, a dose as low as 25mcg is fine.

I have seen people run 120mcg. IMO I would never go over 80.

Start low and see how you respond then increase it as necessary.

BTW I am currently using 25mcg EOD. Awesome peptide.
