About 6 months ago i pushed myself too hard benching and messed up my shoulder.... in fact it's still not 100% better, it still hurts if i sleep wrong on it.
So for the first 2-3 months i gave it plenty of rest. The most i did was close grip bench, in fact that's pretty much ALL i did till about a month ago.
last nite i tried to up the weight again

Last night did 125kg

I'm happy about the PR but pissed off thinking what it could've been if i hadn't been a fool and tried a weight that i couldn't handle
