Post Deca /Dbol

Hi all Im new to this site and would like some advise on post cycle
1-10 DEca 300md week
3-10 Dbol 20mg ed
8-15 Proviron 50mg ed

Ive been on this the last 8 weeks with good resaults and now looking at post cycle to one try and maintain a bit of what I collected and also keep my sanity.
Question
1)when shoul clomid start some say week 11 which is straight after the Dbol finishes others say 3 weeks after last shot of Deca ???
2) would extending the Deca a extra 2 weeks be of any benifit eg so I dont stop cold turkey.?
any other advise would be good.
3) What do we think of adding the proviron in

any advise would be greatly appreciated from the experienced to the novice cheers all.

yes 3 wks after the Deca sounds about right. Might want to stop the Deca 3 wks befpre stopping the D-Bol, that way the day after the last D, you can start clomid. Got any HCG? Deca shuts ya down pretty hard. How was your libido on the deca without any test?

Thanks for my first reply on this site anyway didnt have any deca dick libido fine at the moment, dont want to contine the Dbol to much more as to liver may give me problems Ive already been warned about this cycle and the Dbol used for 7 weeks a bit extreme some say ?? me I dont know about that as got the cycle from a well know Anabolic Book so whos right or wrong I cannot say , I feel fine and had good gains thanks for your advice but appreciated.
