Post cycle workout

I have done a lot of searching but not gotten a lot of information on post cycle exercise routines to keep your gains. I had figured keeping up with the same routine I was on during my cycle would be best. I have heard a couple say reduce the weight. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Keeping your gains is all in the diet and post-cycle therapy. Be sure to do the whole clomid deal and keep your cal intake high...not insane, but high enough.

As for training, I usually take a week off right after the cycle ends since I have basically be pulverizing my body for the past 8 weeks. Once I return, I stick with the weight I was doing on cycle If I can continue to handle it.
 
Keep training heavy, probaby like the way you were training when you are ON. If you start lowering the weight you will loose a lot of your gains. Trust me I have seen people do it. Train Heavy!!
