Post cycle stats for bigAragorn...just call me Gainskeeper

Wonderful job, bro!! But, I don't think you're doing yourself justice. Big Aragorn, did all of this on LESS THAN 400mgs of Gear!!! 375mgs of Sust for 8 weeks and 350mgs of Prop for the last 4 weeks, if I remember correctly. 29lbs off 375mgs of Gear!!!
 
Oh yeah, why don't you share with us what a typical day of eating is like for you. Newbies pay attention! I might learn something my DAMN self!!!
 
Wow! That's a great gain... hopefully most of it sticks around... should be good if you keep eating, and training well...

what up bro....

i have toned it down a smidgeon when it comes to eating......but it typically consists of 3 meals before a workout.....usually eggs first and a protein shake followed by 4 toast and peanut butter and then usually any other type of carbs as a third meal.

post workout consists of glutamine protein drink and a few bananas and then a half hour later can of tuna on toast.

from here i get three to four more eatings in...... usually steak...and then eats at kelseys followed by a chicken pita at the pita pit.

it isnt unusual for me to eat 2 times within 45 minutes as i constantly feeding myself. In my personal experience the gains i made with such small amounts of gear could definately be contributed to diet---> eat a fuckload of food and training which is good because now when im off i should be able and have been keeping EVERYTHING!

For those who remember i had ended my cycle 4 weeks ago with 27 pounds gained and was waiting to see if i would lose any weight and strength. The clen helped keep my intensity in the gym although this week has been weird.....a ten pound drop in most lifts....


The final stats are as follows with weight increase in the big three lifts

6'0 254 from 225 at around 11%--> i dropped to 248 but this week i weighed in at 254 and as low as 252 after clomid was done.

bench 275# for 4 reps --> 325 for 4 reps
squat 365 for 8 reps --> 465 for 4 reps
deadlift 465 for 2 reps --> 465 for 8 reps

the increase in strength wasnt as great as the increase in the capacity to withstand LARGE volume (my joints are killin me now).

so when it is all said and done i have increased a total of 29 pounds and i do not seem to be losing anything.....thanks to all for all the kind encouragement over this cycle and i look forward to the next.
