The people qualified to answer this question will need more info, such as:
1.) how many weeks are you running it
2.) is this your first cycle
3.) if not, have you used anti-e before, and what were results, etc
At a minimum, I would give the duration of the cycle, your age, height, and weight, and experience using gear.

250mg of test a week may or may not be suceptable to gyno. I'm assuming an 8 week cycle here and have no idea of your size or previous experience with test esters. If your nips start getting reall sensitive then I would jump on some anti-e's and the dosage may range from .5mg eod to 1mg eod at that low of a test dose. As far as the post cycle I would use clomid or nolva.

Im 24 i weigh 205 im 6' which anti-e should i have on hand jus in case ? And how much of it will i need and at what dose? Also what about post cycle im thinking i probally do not need anything post cycle. Or do i?

liquidex for anti e. I would take .5mg ed to be safe. I would take both clomid and nolva post because they are cheap. What ever u take first week post cycle, reduce it in half from 2-3 weeks post cycle. Some take 20mg for first week then drop to 10mg for next two weeks while some take 40mg first week then drop to 20mgs. You're going to half to feel it out. Try the lower mgs and if you not satisfied, next cycle got to the higher.
My question is what would be the problem with just going the high road? How would it be bad besides the couple of dollars u'd save? I personally haven't use post cycle therapy and have kept all my gains. I was surprised but not complaining either.

Especially since it is your 1st cycle. Ldex is great...if I were you, I'd go w/ 0.5mg EOD. If it isn't enough, go w/ 0.5mg ED. If nips start getting sensitive (I doubt they will since you're using ldex), start using the nolvadex in conjunction w/ the ldex. Nolvadex @ 20mg/day until nips are back to normal. If the nolv is not helping, bump it up to 40mg/day.
Post cycle...EQ is active for a lonnng time. Post cycle should start 3-4wks after last injection of the EQ. If I were you, I'd have something going during that time...I opted for clen (due to its anti-catabolic properties). 2 weeks on 2 off.
