Post cycle...clomid/nolva and puffy nips?

I just finished up the last week of my cycle. I used HCG at 1000 ius eod for the last 10 days. Right now using 100mg clomid, 40mg nolva, 50 proviron, 3 pumps aifm and my nips feel puffy and a little sensitive.

Can too much clomid and nolva cause my nips to flare a bit. It can't be estro with all the anti e and serms I am using. I am not bloated at all, I feel great but my nips are a bit puffy. I have natural gyno slightly anyway even at low bf so it could just be that my estro is returning to a normal level where as on cycle is was low due to the winstrol, primo, and proviron/aifm.

HCG, can give you gyno,

so you always use nolvadex on HCG


Do the clomid for a full 21 days.

try a small amount of AIFM, direct site application.

nolva may be exacerbating progestinic issues (if you were taking tren/nandrolone/anadrol or other progestins- winstrol as well because of its progesterone suppression)

HCG could be the culprit too.

you can probably cut back the AIFM to 2 pumps per day as well, and soon to 1 pump per day.

Mac... maybe its the nolva then since I was using only test prop and winstrol for the last 5 weeks. I didn't realize that winstrol would have any effect in this way post cycle.

Should I lower the nolva to 20mg since I am already using clomid and aifm? I can remember having similar feeling in the past when using nolva, though its been a while.

I agree, that's a high dosage of HCG you ran... maybe next time try 500iu ED?

Also, if you're running clomid then you really don't need the nolva... overkill

The less "stuff" you have to take and still be effective, the better!

A side note.... after my last PCT, which included HCG + Clomid + AIFM... my bloodwork showed that my Estradiol levels were slightly above normal... this was almost a month after my last Clomid dosage and several days after my last AIFM dosage.... Estrogen can rebound and creep on you way after the fact!

t3 can also cause issues. though guessing that its more likely the suppression of natural progesterone by winstrol. That is of course a guess. without a bood profile its hard to say.

btw- would drop the nolva now, it will still be in your system for a good 3-4 weeks even with such short usage

I might drop the nolva since the clomid is working fine... no crazy sides or anything.

Mac, when should I stop the proviron? I was going to taper off it as I near the end of my clomid therapy.

you might want to run the clomid a little longer than the proviron, in the unlikely event that the proviron suppresses you at all

clomid like nolva has a very long half life (not quite as long- but long) at least 3 weeks after last dose. So ending them concurrently steal means significant clomifen blood levels for several weaks after. So that should address any potential suppression issues (though mesterolone is minimally suppressive, if at all)
