what and why!!
i usually do 45min - 1hr cardio on the elliptical in the morning and wanna know what i should eat afterwards so i don't blow all that effort, ya know.
i just got home and i made 4 egg whites a little brocolli and 3 slices of trimmed pork loin. good or no?
