Basketball season just started up today and I'm afraid I'm gonna lose all the gains I made this fall. I lift right after school at 2pm for about 45 minutes, then I have a protein shake and a dinner about 30 minutes after that. I'm at practice by 6 and I don't get home from practice until 9:45 then its shower, eat, to bed. I was wondering what the best post-practice, pre-bedtime meal/shake would be so I could keep some of this muscle.
