Ive been training close to 10 years now, without AAS. Basically just creatine,prohormones (most of which did nothing) and supplements you get at a health store. The last 6 months Ive done some very low doses of M1T, but never the real AAS. Trying to build a good natural base first. My arms are up to 18 3/4 now, but the pics show them up to 18 1/2. Ill take some new pics when I hit 19". I started at around 105-115 not being able to bench the bar. The rest of my stats are in my signature below. Heres a few pics:
