post 5x5 workout day 1

all sets till failure, some sets required a few rest pause reps

squats - 240x20
bench press - 225x20
bb row - 185x20
dips - 25, 20, 15 (basically till failure)
bb curl - 95x15
shrugs - 275x20

standby for day 2... :)
 
I'm guessing you just finished the whole 5x5 program right? Those numbers you posted are very strong---how much strength did you gain over the whole program?

im testing my maxes next week, stay tuned.

Very impressive lifts. I cant wait to see your maxes.

Are you gonna run another dual factor? Don't tell me you're going back to a bodybuilding split!

of course im running a dual factor again, ive added cleans and gm;s and took out deads.

itll take me at least 3 times to make it perfect.

this time a hella alot stronger.
 
post 5x5 work out day 2...

military press - 135x15
pullup - bwx15 (not that impressive) :( seeing i slacked a bit

side raise - 3x10
face pull - 3x10
shrug - 4x15
db curl - 5x5

run

ab work

running took a toll on my legs for fridays workout. whiched kind of sucked.

squat 240x10 (super tired from running on wed and thurs)
bench - 225x22 - 4-5 rest pause reps
row - 185x20 - same as monday

skulls - 4x10
dips - bw x15, 12, 10
forearm curls - 3x10


low intensity cadio - 20 mins
abs - 5x5 weighted situps

ive added some cardio in the past 2 weeks, i can see a difference in my waist line, i havent changed my diet. which is pretty good to begin with.

im gonna keep doin 15-30 mins of walking 3x a week, and see if i can lose some more fat w/o getting weaker.
