Possibly an abscess

I took a 2cc injection (250mg nandro + 250 test e) 24 hours ago. Now there seems to be a swelling 4 inches away from the injection site ( glutes ) . Its atleast a inch in diameter, and seems to me like the entire contents of injection. But its hard, and the muscle is paining, which is usually does, but goes away after a couple of days.
I took all the measures to keep the injection procedure sterile.
Any pointers?

Update :
I applied heat pad at night on the site of lump. Now it seems to be much milder, and the oil kind of looks like its traveling. The skin is a bit red and itchy, but its
quite less than yesterday. I think this was a shallow injection or something.
But what is confusing about this is the lump is 4 inches away from the injection site.

Abscess it always followed by fever. Swelling and redness sometimes painful to touch,, if you didn't get a fever yet it's not abscess,, it's most likely a shallow inj that's will need to time to absorbed..

Unless you are extremely filthy it's prob just tissue irritation from a shallow injection.

Well, I wiped the injection site and surrounding area atleast 4 times, i.e. wipe - dry cycle. Plus always use a new syringe and needle, and different needle to extract the oil from ampoule.

Hope so vast. Muscle is a bit irritated I think, kind of like swelling. But it has subsided by use of ibuprofen. Rest, applying hot pack, the lump has become smaller.

Keep in mind it may also be a reaction to the oil. Is it a ug or a reputable lab? Not that ug is bad they just some times use a lower quality oil. Could also be too much benzyl or a reaction to that

It used to happen to me all the time it would be like there was a small knot in the muscle and it was warm to the touch I switched brands an it stopped happening

Can I name the brand here ? Its a fairly big brand I think, specially here. They have online testing tool as well, for authenticity of the boxes.

The lump is just 20% of what it was the day after injection. Curious thing is, it didnt form at the site of the injection, but 4-5 inches downwards. Definitely it was oil though, cause heating and massaging has shifted and reduced it.

If it's an infection it normally doesn't go away. I got staff once and it was undoubtedly an infection there was no question about it. I ended up in the hospital with a 104 fever. What size needle are you using? Have you thought of rotating your injection sites? If you have multiple bottles try cracking one from a different batch and see if you have the same results

I understand about the infection part, I just got worried by the lump, first time issues. Am using 24G 1.5" needle. Thing is, where the lump happened, I had injected 2CCs. So maybe thats too much quantity for a virgin muscle. I inject 1cc at the same time in the other glute as well. So don't know how to rotate with just 2 sites. Am not much confident about the quads or delt injections, so glutes seem safe to me.

Quads is easy. And my fav personally. The best way to tell where to pin on quads is to stand up and let your hands rest at the natural position on your quads. Where your hands fall is where you shoot.

But seriously try quads then do stair master at the gym for 10 mins to loosen everything up.
But 24 gauge? Jeeze bro that's gotta be like squeezing peanut butter out of a squirt gun haha it must take a while

Quads is easy. And my fav personally. The best way to tell where to pin on quads is to stand up and let your hands rest at the natural position on your quads. Where your hands fall is where you shoot.

Quads are the easiest spot for me to pin on my own so I agree. I always pin high on the quad on the outside and I use 27 gauge pin. No problem pushing the oil through

Oh and you aren't likely at all to hit any blood vessels but still, aspirate.

Yeah bro, 24G . It takes roughly 30 secs for 1ml to push through. I hope thats proper speed.
Actually my gf gives me the glute injections, she always aspirates. There are times I don't even feel the needle go in or out, just the oil pushing through.
I'll try quads and the fine glute then. Here is what am planning : 1ml of test e on each quads. and 1ml of deca on the fine glute. Every week.

Btw, 1" or 1.5" for the quads ? And I'll go with 27G. Or 29G if am chickening out. This is the best way to get rid of my fear of needles. lol

Personally I use 21 gauge 1 1/2 pins. I do 2cc injections eod right now you should be fine putting the deca and test in the same barrel. I would do a rotation tho like right glute, right quad, left quad, left glute, and then repeat. That will give the sites time to heal so you don't build up scar tissue
And if you want the oil to flow quicker out of the pin hold the barrel of the syringe under running hot water right before you inject it will flow much easier

Good idea about the rotation. Will try the 2cc in glutes again, and 1cc in quads. Or is it safer to do the opposite?
And EoD injections ? IM ? Damn bro, you're a fine pin cushion . Whats your cycle btw, if I may ask.
I started my cycle to provide anabolic env for my spinal discs, which seem to be dehydrating for some reason. I did have an injury years ago, but the result now seems quite a lot.

A true abscess would become more painful over a 3 day period. There would be increase redness in the area, extreme pain and possibly some drainage if the wound was tunneling. Yours is sounding like a superficial injection in the fat instead of muscle.

Yeah footdoc, thats what it was. I took this week's injection in the un-swollen glute and quads, quite easy this time.

Weeks 1-4 50 mg dbol daily split am/pm
Weeks 1-14 test enanthate 750 mg
Weeks 4-14 Tren ace 400 mg
Letro and hcg for pct
