Possible to increase strength at al while cutting IF...

I have found that it is nearly impossible to do any amount of major cutting and gain strength. The two don't really go hand in hand. I always strive to just maintain what I have gained strength wise when cutting. I think the best way to go is periodizing your training. I.E. Bulking phases and cutting phases. Another key is not to let yourself get to to sloppy when bulking. If your BF gets over 12% trim back down. A little fact for you that I just read. When your BF is over 10% about 50% of the weight you gain is fat. When you are 5% or so only 15 to 20% of the weight you gain is fat. It goes up from there relative to your BF levels.
