possible to gain 30lbs?

6'4 185lbs 11%bf, 22yrs, lifting since 16 aka 6ft 2 and 115lbs, first cycle

i have a question, im wondering if a lean 30lb gain in 1 cycle is possible, and if so, what compounds would such a cycle include?

i know im light for someone who is 6'4, but the biggest person in my family, who isnt significantly over weight, is 5'11 and 130lbs so i think that to some extent im fighting genetics. i got stuck at about 170lbs for a year and just could not gain any more lean mass no matter how much i seemed to eat or what kind of routine i did. I did a ph and got up to 185lbs while on but after that i just havnt been able to gain.

but i really dont want to know whether or not you think im ready to use or not, you are deffinatly entitled to your opinions as to whether or not i should use or not, but please respect that it is my body and my choice. i just want to make sure to gather as much information as possible to ensure im doing it right.

my goal is really to just hit 200lbs at 8-10% body fat and if it is at anyway possible, acheive this in one cycle

I'd really suggest a shorter, 8 week cycle the first time around. You won't shut yourself down as hard and it'll give you some idea of how your body reacts to certain compounds without getting so far in you regret it-i.e. if you tend toward hairloss or gynocomastia sides, it'd be better to have a little of that than 12 weeks worth to find out the hard way.

I'd also say that 30 "lean" lbs is not going to happen. Either you are going to recomp, bulk, or cut. Bulking and cutting you can get the more extreme results. But, if you plan on losing fat and gaining muscle you are going to see something more like 7 lbs gained and 5 lbs of fat lost etc. And, that's if everything is done right.

Steroids are a tool, part of a plan. You can use them sensibly over time to help achieve your goals. I wouldn't push to do it all at once, the gains just aren't as keepable that way- believe me as I've learned the hard way!

There is no magical steroid or stack that produces 30 lbs gain on one cycle. people are different and there are way too many variables like diet, individual experiences, genetics, training, recovery, age, hell even the air you breath could be a factor if you live in LA i dont have any idea. Gear is only one piece of a pretty big puzzle so any questions like "what gear do i take to get xyz result" can only be answered in generalities or with educated guesses because of all the variables I mentioned.

I suggest you check your diet first before jumping on gear. List what your currently eating and I as well other will help correct or make adjustments as needed.

Great post.

Great post.

Thank you very much!

Truth be told I went from 193 to 230+ my last cycle. Let me rephrase that, I went from 192 on low carb diet, depleted to 230+ of water, bulk, excess fat, muscle etc. After all was said and done there was just too much fat to lose, too much clean up from a bulker like that and I wasn't left with enough muscle to justify it. Live and learn. Now, it's all about keeping fat gains to absolute minimum and making quality gains over time.

i just dont understand why there are bulk cycles when you can have lean gain cycles.

youve gained 70 pounds in 6 years naturally. do you think aas will change your ability to put on size that drastically? im gonna say not likely. wouldnt 7 or 10 new keepable pounds be a more realistic goal?

O very possible... you may not want to tho.... i was 6'3 190.... then i was 225 in two months... my BP was awful and my stamina hit the floor... my body is use to the weight now... and even without gear and about 4-5000 calories a day i keep around 230.... so all im sayin is your gonna wanna gain it a little bit slower than a cycle

well my gains have come to a halt and i just cant seem to gain anymore
my goal has always been 200lbs lean

this guy gained close to 50lb on a 4 weeks cycle.

A lot of factors go into it though.
Is it your first
are you eating enough
are you training right.
and things like this.

If you want information you came to the right site. I would be happy to help you so long as you are over the age of 21. As long as you are above 21 years old you are right. Its your damn choice. It may not be the best choice but you are old enough to make it.

Feel free to pm me anytime for help man.

Yes it's possible, but it won't all be lean gains. Once you factor in water retention and fat storage, I would say you're looking at 18-22lbs of LBM.

It is possible but it depends on your genetics,,diet,,and AAS used.
ANADROL/TEST/TREN will put size on pronto.

Levrone gained 40 pounds while losing 10% of bodyfat in 8 weeks and he passed the test. It looked at all anabolic steroids , masking agents and T/E ratio. Dont count the freaks I would say

do you want good quality muscle or water retention through the roof.

In 12 weeks I cant see anyone gaining 30lbs of pure muscle. even 15 solid pounds continually every year can be a challenge.

I have never worried about gaining lots of weight but rather slow and steady. I have basically avoided every side effect out there by doing so but I may not be as big as a lot of guys.
