L LSUMuscle New member Jul 3, 2001 #4 I went from 224 to 200 in about 4 months. My bf went from around 15-16% to 9% in that time. In the last two months, I've lost no weight, but decreased my bf down to near 5%. So, yeah, you can lose bf without losing the weight.
