possible reaction

i have done almost 2 weeks of test prop eod, and i have had no problems.

today, i noticed that there is what looks like a red rash (?) about 6 inches wide and six inches long across my quad, around the area that i injected on saturday in my quad.

what is odd, is i have not had any reaction anywhere else on my body where i have injected. so i am baffled as to what caused this. it is somewhat warm to touch, but not hot.

any ideas why only in this area of injection versus all the other areas?

possible abscess. take some benadryl 50 and 300 mg of tagament and see if ti goes away. it may be a local reaction.

The shot was done on saturday. i was in a rush, and the needle bent a bit on the way out and nicked the inside of the skin, bled about 10 drops and then stopped.

no problems with it yesterday (monday) at all, it was fine. i did slam a 60 lbs dumbel right on the spot where i had the injection done, once i brought my dumbels down from a shoulder press.

i always bring the dumbels down from a press at the end and let them fall/rest on my quads, and then lower them to the ground. but on the side that is red now, the dumbel came down pretty fast and banged it. pretty painfull, you think that could be it? the injection spot from saturday is a bit black and blue.

Could be, give it a day or two and see if it gets better thats the general rule unless your in server pain or its super red and burning hot then you might wanna take immediate action but you said you were rushing and nicked the skin so that could very well be it.

immediate action means doctor! so what the hell do i tell him,
"hey doc, sorry to bother you, but i think as i was jabbing myself with a 1cc

doesnt he have to report use of illegal substance?

I just got back from the doc with my first infection in the quad hate quads
nerves veins , anyway it sounds just like yours
I told him nothing played dumb, he took one look a said its infected
not shore if its skin or muscle but take thees 4 times aday bye bye ,
it worked for me i said i worked constrution so it could be lotes off stuff .
