I train 6 days a wk. but it's only one body part per day. I've been told it's too much. I'm on a Test and EQ cycle now. I do approx. 16 sets for large muscles and 12 for smaller muscles. Cardio 3 to 4 times/wk. Training is as follows.
Mon. superset arms
Tues. legs
Wed. calves and abs
Thurs. chest
Fri. back
Sat. shoulders
Sun. off
It is alot w/o time off but my thoughts were I'm giving each body part a full wk. before I hit it again. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
